BY CLICKING THE ACCEPTANCE BUTTON OR INSTALLING OR USING LJCONFIG (THE "PRODUCT"), THE INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY LICENSING THE PRODUCT ("LICENSEE") IS CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND IS BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF LICENSEE DOES NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE BUTTON INDICATING NON-ACCEPTANCE MUST BE SELECTED, AND LICENSEE MUST NOT INSTALL OR USE THE PRODUCT.

Licensees and/or Users of LJConfig (the "Product") (all versions, including any beta versions) must accept this license agreement:

The Product is supplied As Is. It is free, meaning that there is no charge for its use. Victor Boyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Author") disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any particular purpose. You, the licensee, bear the entire risk relating to the quality and performance of the Product. If the Product proves to have defects, you (the Licensee) and not the Author, assume the cost of any necessary service or repair. The Author supplies you (the Licensee) with the non-exclusive right to install the product on an unlimited number of computers. The Author assumes no liability for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, or consequential damages, or acts of God, which may result from the use of the Product. You (the licensee) may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code from Product except as permitted by applicable law. You may not charge for the Product except for a minimal "disk fee", and you may not distribute the Product without the Author's express consent. You may terminate this license agreement at any time provided that you destroy all your copies of the Product. Technical support is provided on a non-guaranteed basis, there is no guarantee that you will get technical support relating to Product. This license will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any part of the agreement, at which time, you must destroy all your copies of the Product. The Author, at any time, may terminate this license agreement. If any part of the license agreement is unenforceable, the rest of this agreement will remain in full effect as if the unenforceable part has been deleted. For the purposes of interpretation, the English language version of the agreement controls. Any party translating this agreement into a foreign language assumes the risk that the translated agreement may not accurately convey the meaning of this agreement or any section of it. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any and all litigation arising from this agreement will be litigated in United States local, state or federal courts in the State of Florida.
